Wasatch Lacrosse Club - Refund Policy
Wasatch Lacrosse Club is a seasonal field and box lacrosse program for boys and girls. Shortly after tryouts, players are invited and accepted into the program and placed on age appropriate teams. Accepting an invitation to play for Wasatch Lacrosse Club indicates an agreement to pay the club according to the terms of team costs, unless a scholarship is requested and offered. Wasatch Lacrosse Club costs cover our professional staff, field rentals, practice supplies and equipment (balls, field paint, cones, goals, etc.), tournament entry and game fees, game film, recruiting and highlight video guidance from coaching staff, and administrative fees.
If a season-ending illness or injury has occurred to your player that prevents them from playing, or they are no longer able to play for Wasatch Lacrosse Club for any other reason, we will follow this refund policy:
In order to request a refund, a written email should be sent to wasatchlacrosseclub@gmail.com with a detailed explanation for the request.
1) If the illness/injury occurs or the player can no longer play for any other reason, 14 days prior to: May 1st (summer field season), September 1st (fall field season) or November 1st (winter box season), we can offer a FULL refund.
2) If the illness/injury occurs or the player can no longer play for any other reason, 14 days prior to: June 1st (summer field season), October 1st (fall field season), or December 1st (winter box season), we can offer a 50% refund and 50% credit for future tournament(s).
3) If the illness/injury occurs or the player can no longer play for any other reason, AFTER : June 1st (summer field season), October 1st (fall field season), or December 1st (winter box season), we can only offer you a refund as credit for future tournament(s).
4) If you request a refund through League Apps, you will be responsible for incurring the FULL COST of the payment processing fee (5.8%).
Please understand that by accepting the invitation to play for Wasatch Lacrosse Club you have committed to a full season (summer, fall, or winter).

3v3 Lacrosse Tournaments - Refund Policy
In order to request a refund, a written email should be sent to wasatchlacrosseclub@gmail.com with a detailed explanation for the request. If a registered team is no longer able to play in a 3v3 Tournament for any reason, we will follow this refund policy:
1) If a team withdraws from the tournament after registration NO REFUND will be given.
2) If a registered team has paid in full but is unable to be scheduled due to insufficient teams in the age group or a combined age group deemed appropriate by the Tournament Directors, that team(s) will receive a FULL REFUND.
3) If the tournament is canceled due to weather, or any other event beyond the control of the tournament, we can only offer credit to a future tournament. Any credit is valid for one year from the issue date. NO REFUNDS will be given for weather cancellations or partial attendance.
